If your repeat is at our pharmacy, we’ll process it right away. If you’ve got a paper or e-script we haven’t seen before, just include a photo and we’ll take care of the rest.

How we handle this information. The medication details you enter are health information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Health Records and Information Privacy Act 2002 (NSW). We collect it only to dispense your prescription, we do not disclose it for marketing, and we store it in line with our privacy policy. If you would rather not send these details online, call us or visit either store.

Switching to us

Transfer your scripts in a few easy steps.

  1. Bring or email us your repeats

    Drop them in, send a photo via SMS to (02) 9735 0100, or forward your e-script token to scripts@houseofpharmacy.com.au.

  2. We contact your old pharmacy

    With your consent we'll request your full medication history so nothing's missed.

  3. We dispense your medications

    Usually within 24 hours. We'll let you know when they're ready.

  4. All set

    Your scripts are now with us. Set up auto-refills or a Webster-pak any time.
